Background:

RiverView Shopping Center, located in the Woodward Park and Woodard Lake area of affluent northeast Fresno, CA is a little over a 100,000 square foot, Mediterranean-style, mixed use shopping plaza. But unless you drove completely around the inner parking area, visitors might not know all of the shops and services that were available there.

Insight:

Basically, RiverView needed an affordable,and memorable way of promoting the stores and services provided by their tenants.

Approach:

Once I created the positioning of, "If you love (insert you favorite shopping, dining, workout experience here.)", I found stock images that could specifically represent the store, service, or restaurant and juxtapose to it another image that match the graphic angle or shape. Using bright, colorful backgrounds we created double side flags that would hung from the lightpost throughout the RiverView parking lots. We then turned those images into static and animated web banners and created a campaign look and feel which could then be used on facebook.
