Website Design Experience

Concept to UX/UI Design

Once upon a time, website design was a magical and mystical thing that many business owners had heard could be created by a teenager working on a laptop in their bedroom closet. If only that were true, marketing directors around the world wouldn't have lost layer upon layer of stomach lining and covens of account people would still have their hair...and quite possibly their jobs.

Below are the website I designed from concept through launch. I was responsible for the psd to html design, translation, supervision and build. I created the UX/UI design, refined the CSS and HTML5, and also attempted to edumacate (deliberate misspelled) the account group on all of the aspects and nuances of website development, testing, launch and maintenance. Which brings me to the undeniable fact that if I hadn’t done such a great job in structuring and staffing the digital groups I’d built from scratch, I'd probably still have my job as Digital CD — lol.

Mobile First Design

As the name suggests, I start the design process from the mobile end which has more restrictions.

SEO and Speed optimization

These two practices work towards the same goal – providing people with the best possible web experience.

Code Evolves

A website is only as good as its code -- making it almost impossible to pickup where another agency left off.

Documentation & Support

Two things that tend to be missing on every inherited website initiative. Arrrrgggggggg!
