This recipe for Avocado Salsa is a classic approach of making and amazing dip, spread, appetizer — you name it! But the best recipe for a great salsa starts with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients:

3 to 4 lg Ripe avocados (not-soft); coarsely chopped
3 Fresh tomatillos (husks-removed); diced
1 sm Onion; finely diced
2 lg Cloves garlic; minced
2 Limes; juice only
1 jalapeños; minced
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 Bunch cilantro (to taste); minced

Directions:

Loosely chop all ingredients into quarters.
You can mash everything by hand, but it's just a little faster and smoother to pulse everything together in the blender.
