This was one of my firect roasted green salsa I'd tried. Our neighbor in Chandler, AZ had given me a basket of different chilies and peppers and told me if I roasted them, they'd make the best salsa ever. —— He was right!
Directions:
- Once you've blackened (roasted) everything on a grill or in a frying pan, put it all in a blender and give it a few good pulses until it's all about the consistency of apple sauce.
- At this point, I'd suggest pulling out the seeds.
