Directions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add buttermilk, shortening and dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll out about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out with biscuit cutter. Dip in melted butter and fold over to make pocket rolls.
  2. Can be stored in refrigerator to be baked later. Bake at 400° F or 15 minutes.
