Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. In a medium size skillet melt butter. Add the apples, cinnamon and sugar to the skillet and sauté apples until slightly tender. Set aside until at room temperature. Cream the butter with the sugar.
  2. Add the eggs and vanilla extracTbsp Beat well. Add the dry ingredients; mix. Add the cooled apples, nuts and sour cream. Beat thoroughly. Bake in a greased loaf pan, in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or 4 small loaves in about 30 minutes.
