This is just one of over 9,000 recipes we've collected since early 1996. Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease loaf pan. In a large bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder and stir until just blended. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake about 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Then wrap and let stand overnight before slicing.
