Directions:

  1. Evenly cut cake into 3 horizontal layers.
  2. Stir together sour cream, crushed pineapple and brown sugar. Place a layer of cake on serving planner. Top with 1/3 of the pineapple mixture. Repeat 2 more times. Arrange mandarin orange sections over top. Chill well.
  3. This cake must be kept refrigerated.
