Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour boiling water over apricots and soak for about a half hour.
  2. Drain and combine the apricots with the other ingredients in a food processor. Process until a smooth consistency is reached.
  3. Chill and serve with pecans sprinkled over each serving.
  4. Makes: 6 - 1/2 cups
