Ingredients:

  • English muffins

Directions:

  1. Heat soup in sauce pan and stir in milk, mustard, onion and cheese. Pour sauce into flat baking dish. Break eggs into sauce, allowing 1 or 2 per person. Bake at 350° For 15-20 minutes. Put muffin on each plate and spoon egg with sauce onto muffin.
