Ingredients:

  • Egg yolk

Directions:

  1. rub the cottage cheese through a fine sieve, if desired and mix with the milk, egg yolk, and 1/2 egg white, oil and salt.
  2. Mix and sieve together the flour and the Backin and add to the mixed ingredients, a little at a time, until slightly more than half has been used.
  3. Knead in the rest of the flour.
