- Bake pie crust at 450° for 8 minutes and cool. Whisk together sugar, flour, corn meal, salt, butter, milk, orange rind, orange juice, lemon juice, and eggs.
- Pour into pie crust and bake in 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
