Olive Garden Shrimp Primavera

This is just one of over 9,000 recipes we've collected since early 1996. When it comes to recipes, the real secret is that all of our recipes always have been, and always will be free!

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp butter or margarine

Vegetables Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lbs mushrooms, halved (or quartered if large)

Pasta Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs fresh Olive Garden Linguine (or quality dry pasta)

Shrimp Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs medium to large fully cooked shrimp, thawed and drained

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook one minute. Add remaining spice and tomato ingredients, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large sauté pan, melt 2 Tbsp butter. sauté vegetables about 3 minutes until crisp-tender. Add to the sauce and simmer 5 minutes more.
  3. Cook pasta according to directions. When pasta is almost done, stir shrimp into sauce to heat through. Do not boil. Spoon Primavera over hot linguine. Pass Parmesan cheese.
