Directions:

  1. Dredge flounder in flour. Then dip in egg wash (eggs and milk combination), then place in potato chip crumbs.
  2. In a large sauté pan over medium heat add oil. Add flounder to pan and cook until golden brown. Flip, then finish in a 350°s; F oven for 6 to 7 minutes. Serve immediately.
