This is just one of over 9,000 recipes we've collected since early 1996. Many of these recipes have been passed down from family member to family member and then shared with friends and then, with Mike Pitzer's Secret Recipes. When it comes to recipes, the real secret is that all of our recipes always have been, and always will be free!

  • Cornstarch mixture (1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water)

  2. Add onions and bell peppers and stir quickly until crisp. Remove and drain. Set aside.
  3. Add chayote to boiling water for 60 seconds or until crisp and done. Remove and drain; set aside.
  4. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in wok until hot. Add whole dry chile peppers, garlic and ginger. Stir fry until fragrant. Add all remaining ingredients except cornstarch mixture. Bring to a boil.
