Ingredients:
- Coarsely ground pepper
Directions:
- Cook linguini until desired doneness
- Meanwhile, place cottage cheese, skim milk and parmesan cheese in electric blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth.
- Toss linguini with sauce in serving bowl. Season with pepper and serve at once. Servings:
