This is just one of over 9,000 recipes we've collected since early 1996. Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange fish fillets in 8 or 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley, lemon juice and seasoned salt. Heat olive oil in frying pan.
  2. Add onion and garlic. sauté until soft. Pour onion mixture including oil from pan over fish fillet. Arrange tomato slices on top of onion mixture. Place lemon slices on top of tomatoes.
  3. Pour wine over all and bake for 30-35 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Remove from oven and serve piping hot!
