Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring water, brown sugar and honey to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Core apples and peel the top third of each. Place in an ungreased 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. Fill apples with raisins; sprinkle any remaining raisins around apples. Pour syrup over apples.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until tender, basting occasionally.
  5. Servings: 6
