This is just one of over 9,000 recipes we've collected since early 1996. Many of these recipes have been passed down from family member to family member and then shared with friends and then, with Mike Pitzer's Secret Recipes. When it comes to recipes, the real secret is that all of our recipes always have been, and always will be free!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix ground beef, onion, cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, garlic salt and egg whites; reserve. Mix flour, egg yolks, water, 1 tsp salt and paprika until dough is elastic about 2 minutes). Divide dough in half.
  2. Roll half into 12-inch square about 1/16-inch thick, cut into 2-inch squares. Fill each square with a tsp of beef mixture. Fold into triangle. Pinch edges together. Repeat with remaining dough. Heat oil, 1-inch deep, in 10-inch skillet, to 400° F. Fry wrap-ups until golden brown, about 45 seconds on each side; drain. Serve hot or cold.
