Ingredients:

  • ORTEGA Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium) for accompaniment

Directions:

  1. Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
  2. Spread 1/3 cup beef mixture over each tortilla. Top evenly with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle with taco sauce. Roll up; cut in half.
  3. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
  4. Servings: 8
